Sevdesk Templates is an independent shop for templates, samples, layouts, and designs that you import into sevdesk Cloud. We are not affiliated with sevdesk GmbH. The files are compatible with document templates in sevdesk.
We sell digital sevdesk templates: a design pack as a ZIP that you import in Settings → Document templates → Import. Each template includes matching layouts for typical documents such as invoice, reminder, quote, order confirmation, delivery note, and credit note.
The layouts follow DIN 5008 Form B. In sevdesk, logo, colors, and text blocks stay adjustable, as with the default templates.
The designs are for businesses that invoice in sevdesk but do not want the default template. Current layouts cover agencies, IT and consulting, publishers and editorial teams, auto workshops and trades, SHK (plumbing, heating, HVAC), landscaping / garden businesses, and florists / flower shops.
Each template costs a one-time €12.90. There is no subscription for the layout. After purchase you download the template and use it in sevdesk for as long as you use sevdesk.
That is different from sevdesk Premium Layouts (Stationery → Layout, currently €3.90 per month). Our templates are imported under Document templates and paid once.
After purchase you unzip the file and import the template files into sevdesk. A step-by-step guide is on the how-to page. Before purchase you can try each template as a demo file in sevdesk.
