Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all contracts between you as customer and the provider for the purchase of digital content (document templates) in this online shop.

Conflicting terms proposed by the customer do not apply unless the provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

The contracting party is the provider named in our imprint. This shop is not officially affiliated with sevdesk. The templates offered are independent digital products compatible with sevdesk software.

The subject of the contract is the paid provision of digital document templates (e.g. invoice, quote, or payment reminder templates) as downloadable files, usually as a ZIP archive.

The templates are designed for use in sevdesk. The provider is obliged to deliver the files in the form described at the time of purchase — not to ensure ongoing availability or functionality of sevdesk itself.

Product presentation in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the purchase button and completing payment via Stripe, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed once payment has been completed successfully and you receive access to the download.

All prices shown in the shop are final prices in euros unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are displayed during checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. The payment methods offered at checkout are available. The provider receives payment only after the transaction has been completed successfully.

After a successful purchase, digital content is made available immediately:

Upon full payment, you receive a simple, perpetual license to use the purchased template for creating your own business documents in sevdesk.

The following are not permitted:

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires if the provider has begun performance after the consumer has expressly agreed that the provider may begin before the withdrawal period ends, and the consumer has confirmed knowing that this consent ends the right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular once you download the template or use the download link after purchase. Consent is given during the checkout process.

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, the provider offers consumers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if the template does not meet your expectations or technical import issues in sevdesk cannot be resolved through support.

To claim it, email the contact address in our imprint with your order details. Already used templates may be excluded from refunds where no legitimate defect exists.

Statutory warranty rights for digital products apply. If template files are defective (e.g. corrupted archive, missing import file), we will first provide a corrected version or a new download.

The provider is not liable for compatibility issues caused by outdated sevdesk versions, changed import formats, or individual system configurations, provided the template was compatible with the current sevdesk cloud version at the time of sale.

The provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

In case of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contract damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

The provider is not liable for the legal content of documents created with the templates. Compliance with tax and commercial law is your responsibility.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.

If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
