Complete checkout. Download immediately on the success page — you will also receive an email with your download link.

Unzip the archive
Extract the downloaded ZIP on your computer. The template file is inside the folder.

Import into sevdesk
Open sevdesk → Settings → Document templates → Import. Select the template file from the extracted folder.

Customize & use
Adjust logo, colors, and text blocks. Save the template and create your first document.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. At checkout you will see all payment methods available in your country — typically credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and, depending on your region, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other local methods.
Yes. Every template includes a design preview and a free demo template to download. Import the demo in sevdesk under Settings → Document templates → Import and test the layout and features before you purchase.
Yes, our templates are designed for the current sevdesk cloud version.
Premium Layouts is a monthly sevdesk add-on (currently €3.90/month) with six fixed layouts you book under Settings → Letterhead → Layout. Our templates are standalone document templates with a one-time purchase: import them under Settings → Document templates → Import, customize logo, colors, and text blocks freely, and use them with no recurring fees for as long as you use sevdesk.
Yes — regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee if the template does not meet your expectations or import issues in sevdesk cannot be resolved through support. For digital content, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right usually expires once you download the template; the voluntary guarantee remains unaffected. Contact us via the support form or by email as listed in our imprint.
Yes — after purchase you receive an email with a link to the success page where you can download the template again anytime.
Yes. Stripe automatically sends you an invoice by email after purchase — the sender may appear as "Link". This is normal for our payment processing through Stripe.
